AC Energy's Technology
The AC Energy Perpetual Battery System utilizes two separate batteries that work in conjunction with an innovative mechanical charging system to provide a constant and perpetual source of portable energy. The mobile phone or other portable electronic device (PED) that is equipped with the AC Energy system operates under the power of the first battery until that is drained, and then the sophisticated regulatory functions of the charging system switch the source of power seamlessly to the second battery and engage the internal generator, the key to AC Energy’s proprietary and groundbreaking technology. This unique innovation is capable of recharging the first battery well before the second is exhausted. Once back on the power of the first battery the entire process begins in reverse, providing a virtually permanent, uninterrupted source of power.
The consummation of this innovative device will be manifested in a mobile power source that will never need charging – in short, a battery that charges itself!
AC Energy has already demonstrated the viability and feasibility of the Perpetual Battery System in several generations of products. In these products, electronic controls determine how separate, complementary battery cells are used and recharged to maximize lifetime and reliability. These devices also incorporate an electro-mechanical component, allowing a kinetic phase energy transfer to harness mechanical or chemical energy. This energy will then be used to generate the electricity needed in order to recharge a dead or dying cell, thereby eliminating the need for a plug-in charger.
